We do this by:
1. Supporting - we serve as a church health/growth strategist for our churches. In this capacity we seek to strengthen the local church so that they can be more effective in their ministry. We serve as a liaison between the church and the state organizations.
2. Equipping - new work strategist, network facilitator, source of missional opportunities. Provide staff and lay leader training in administration, pastoral ministry, deacon ministry, crisis management, conflict resolution, and planning skills.
3. Encouraging - mentor, guide, and serve as a confidant for the pastor, staff, and lay members of the local church. Encourage church leaders and members to develop personal relationships. Offer a network of fellowship and prayer.
Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all things that I have commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age.” Amen. Matthew 28:19-20
