Dear Ministerial Candidate:

 We appreciate your interest in serving one of our Churches.

We pray that you will soon find the place where God is calling you to serve.

Here are three requirements to consider your resume and send it to interested churches:

Write a note to DOM with no more than twenty five words explaining if you agree with it or if there is something you do not agree.

2. Write in two or three paragraphs, no more than 200 words, your opinion on Church planting, new churches and missions.

3. Write in a couple of paragraphs, no more than 100 words what you think about your church supporting the Cooperative Program. 

4. Write in two to three paragraphs, no more than 200 words what your idea of Church revitalization is.
