Woman’s Missionary Union is a missions organization whose objectives reflect a biblical understanding of missions and provide a holistic approach to missions awareness and participation.

The objectives are:

  • Pray for Missions

  •  Engage in Mission Action and Witnessing

  •  Learn About Missions

  •  Support Missions

  •  Develop Spiritually Toward a Missions Lifestyle

  •  Participate in the Work of the Church and Denomination

 RSBA WMU leadership strives to inform all Christ followers of missions opportunities through the associational newsletter, mailings, social media, and special events several times a year. Place:  Stallings Baptist Church, 817 S. Main Street, Salisbury

 

Guest Speaker:  Renea Henderson (Come and be challenged by Renea (Bertie the Bag Lady) in a unique way of ministry and mission’s involvement.  You will come away with your sides hurting from laughter and a heart moved!)

 

Meal: $9.00 can be paid at the Associational office by Monday, May 8th.  Meal will be prepared by Debbie Suggs.

 

Mission Project:  Collecting paper products (toilet paper, paper towels, napkins, paper plates, cups, etc.)  or gift cards from various grocery stores for Capstone Ministries in Salisbury.

 

 

Red Box Project!   

Ladies, start collecting deodorants to be turned into the Association by September 28th - goal is 400.  They need to be solid or roll-on; 2.0 - 3.5 oz., plastic bottle.
